From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff who instantly made us feel at home. The resort\u2019s stunning architecture and meticulous attention to detail are truly impressive. The clean, timeless design seamlessly blends with the lush natural surroundings, creating a down-to-earth and grounding environment that perfectly complements the Valley of the Kings. A highlight of our stay was the exquisite dining experience at Aperitif. The food was simply divine, and the perfectly paired cocktails elevated the culinary journey. Our experience at the beautiful spa, including the couples massage, is highly recommended. It is prevalent why this hotel has the name for itself and the awards that it does. Honestly, it feels like a privilege to have experienced this hotel and all that comes along with it. We have traveled to more than 20 countries and have never been so well treated and attended to. The hotel&#8217;s facilities are fantastic, the food is wonderful, and the service is second to none. All the staff are extremely friendly, polite, and always willing to help. If you\u2019re considering spending time in Ubud then I strongly recommend you consider this incredible Oasis hidden in the rainforest.\nRoom &#8211; Absolutely amazing, beautiful\nService &#8211; The best you could imagine, it honestly felt like we were the only couple in the hotel\nLocation &#8211; Perfect. They run a shuttle (basically a lovely air conditioned car) to Ubud Centre, every day. From start to finish every aspect has a certain magic that only an established well rounded resort can exude. The grounds are stunning, well designed and beautifully manicured. The rooms offer tranquil views of a palm tree laden gulley. Quiet yet close to Ubud city center for daily excursions. (The hotel operates a shuttle to Ubud center throughout the day. It\u2019s about a 15-20 min ride only because of the heavy traffic) Service excelled consistently with every request and requirement.\nThere\u2019s not much else to say except it\u2019s a must stay if you are looking for a beautiful hotel with exceptional service and tranquility.\nThe only downside is the breakfast which was lacking flavor and a little underwhelming. Spent several days here on our honeymoon trip of 4 locations, and it was both mine and my wife&#8217;s favorite hotel. Beautiful rooms, heated pools, great food, and an amazingly helpful, friendly and kind staff. They offer rides into the town for drop offs and pickups which was an amazing benefit, and the hotel has a filtered water system which is a rare treat when staying in Bali. Also it has one of the best gyms I&#8217;ve ever seen in a hotel. Sadly we were only there for 2 nights but packed a lot into that time. The staff are fabulous and we want to say thank you to Pradnya who was our driver for the day and took us to the airport. He helped us pack in a lot of the sights into our half day tour and gave us a lot of insight into the area and a much better understanding of Balinese culture. The award winning hotel is a calm haven of luxury overlooking the lush jungle greenery of the Valley of the Kings. I stayed in a large Deluxe Terrace Villa with its own infinity pool which was peaceful and private. The CasCades restaurant offers casual dining, excellent food and drink with enthusiastic service. The Pinstripe bar has the feel of a 1920s Gentlemens&#8217; Club or Speakeasy offers some magnificent mixology too.  There is a free shuttle service into the centre of Ubud, a 10 minute journey depending on traffic, which is a beneficial service. We stayed as a family in the 2 bedroom Vice Regal Villa and it was just stunning and so luxurious. The kids aged 10 and 15 loved having their own pool and room upstairs, and also the gym and squash courts. The gym was one of the best we have seen in Bali! The food here &#8211; incredible and if you like fine dining make sure you try the Degustation Dinner at Apertif. Our other favourite place was the Pinstripe cocktail bar, the kids would play on the pool table while we tried some of the amazing cocktails and wines. Pool area is stunning and the staff here just so friendly and helpful. Spa was beautiful and so was the massage.
